Visible Vantage Print Shop specializes in high-quality, customized printing solutions including, but not limited to, business cards, banners, custom apparel, and promotional products. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order.

3. Order Placement and Artwork
a. Quotes: All quotes are estimates and are valid for a specified period. Prices are subject to change.
b. Artwork Submission: Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork that meets our specifications. We are not liable for errors in customer-supplied artwork. Minor adjustments may be made at our discretion.
c. Proofs: Digital proofs will be provided for your approval. It is your responsibility to review all proofs carefully for accuracy (e.g., typos, colors, layout). Once approved, Visible Vantage Print Shop is not responsible for any errors in the final printed product.
d. Order Confirmation: An order is considered accepted only after Visible Vantage Print Shop issues a written confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

4. Pricing and Payment
a. Pricing: Prices are as quoted and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges, unless otherwise stated.
b. Payment: Full payment or a specified deposit is required before production begins. Orders will not be processed until payment is received and cleared.

5. Production and Delivery
a. Production Time: Estimated production times are for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur.
b. Shipping: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided. Visible Vantage Print Shop is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage incurred during shipping. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon shipment.
c. Local Pick-up: If selected, orders must be collected within a specified timeframe. Unclaimed orders may be subject to storage fees or disposal.

6. Returns and Refunds
a. Custom Orders: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are generally not provided for custom-printed items unless there is a verifiable defect in manufacturing or an error caused by Visible Vantage Print Shop.
b. Defective Products: If you believe your product is defective, you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt with detailed information and photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and, if valid, may offer a reprint or partial refund at our discretion.
c. Color Matching: While we strive for accurate color reproduction, slight variations may occur between digital proofs, previous orders, and the final printed product due to printing processes, monitor calibration, and material characteristics. These variations do not constitute a defect.

7. Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, you warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize Visible Vantage Print Shop to reproduce and print the content. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from the use of your content.

8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Visible Vantage Print Shop, its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Visible Vantage Print Shop operates.

10. Changes to Terms
Visible Vantage Print Shop reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will endeavor to provide notice of any material changes.
